How do I get sheetmetal from wrecked NASCAR cars ?

I see all the time people having/selling sheetmetal, used tired, etc from wrecked NASCAR vehicles. How are they getting such pieces ? I’ve been to several races and haven’t exactly seen a dumpster for this stuff.

NASCAR is kind of lame with their templates and specifications to how they think a race car is supposed to be. If a team wants to “try harder” to win why not just do it right. It just seems that racing has become a different kind of game
