How to play in nba for a foreign player?

Hi. I was wondering how could a foreign player play in nba? If they have to enter the nba draft, then how to enter the nba draft. I just wondering how does those complicated system work and I cannot find any information of how to play in nba on the internet.

How come my NBA 2K10 doesn’t work in my ps3 but works in others?

My nba 2k10 suddenly stops at the intro, and I tested in other ps3’s and it worked out just fine, I tested other games in my ps3 and they worked out fine too. What kind of problem is it?

What is the most realistic time to play nba 2k10 on to match real life stats?

I want my game to be as realistic as the real nba. I want my game to have around the same scoring as a real game and stats near the same.

Can an nba team draft a player coming out in next years draft the year before?

Like larry bird. For example could a team of drafted john wall in the 2009 nba draft because they knew he was coming out in the 2010 draft. Its kindof a stupid question but i always wondered if a team could, is that rule still in place.

At what age did most NBA players start to seriously workout ?

By that i mean they started working really hard to make the nba as in working out everyday,lifting weights,running,and stuff like that to become as good as they are now. I would guess around the age of 14 or so.
