Traditionaly, a soccer (football) is supposedly more likely to give up a goal in the period following a score. Are there any statistics that I could use to test this?

I play high school soccer for the Bard raptors. I’m a starter on a good team, and i play my role well, but I definately wouldn’t call myself a star player. I’m also in very good shape. I want to play soccer in college but i really have no idea what division, if any, i [...]

Hi! I want to try out for my high school’s soccer team this spring. There are three teams–the freshmen team, JV, and Varsity. Because of my age, I would have to make the JV team to be able to play. In other words, I’m not a freshman. I have played soccer for 6 years, so [...]

I would like to become awesome at soccer, and I think a little extra practice will help. I want to do it everyday for 15-30 minutes and I would like to develop better leg muscles. What routine would you recommend?

Just want to know what are good things to train that will help me with soccer. Like running and sit-ups. Thing that don’t involve getting more technique with the ball but just getting physically ready to play, so training without the use of a soccer ball. Thanks for answering! (If you do!)
